Du willst Technologie nicht nur verwalten, sondern gestalten? Als Director Technology (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für unseren Tech Stack – von E-Commerce über ERP bis hin zu Data Engineering und AI. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Systeme sauber integriert, skalierbar und zukunftssicher sind.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du verantwortest den gesamten Tech Stack unseres E-Commerce Unternehmens (Shopware, SAP, Snowflake, Akeneo, Emarsys, Dixa, Langdock u.a.) und stellst Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung und Priorisierung sicher
- Du entwickelst die Tech-Roadmap, gestaltest die technische Seite unserer AI-Transformation, verantwortest das Budget und baust das Tech-Team auf
- Du gestaltest eine API-First-Architektur, optimierst Datenflüsse und beseitigst Medienbrüche zwischen Systemen
- Du sicherst Stabilität, Performance und Skalierbarkeit unserer E-Commerce-Plattform (Shopware)
- Du steuerst ERP & Finanzsysteme (SAP Business One) sowie unsere Data Platform & Analytics (Snowflake, Power BI)
- Du verantwortest IT-Betrieb, Microsoft 365 Administration, IT Security & Compliance (ISMS, DSGVO, Incident Response) sowie Backup & Recovery
- Du triffst Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen und steuerst unsere externen Dienstleister und Partner
Das bringst du mit
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem technischen Umfeld
- 7–10 Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon mindestens 3 Jahre in einer technischen Leitungsrolle
- Fundierte Erfahrung mit komplexen Tech Stacks (E-Commerce + ERP), Cloud-Infrastruktur, Data Engineering und IT Security
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und Agenturen sowie in der Plattform-/Infrastruktur-Modernisierung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2)
- Hands-on-Mentalität, Eigenverantwortung, Teamfähigkeit und AI-Affinität
